Founded in 2024 by Ron Coleman, SportsPilotAI combines decades of real-world sports experience with modern artificial intelligence and automation technology.

Ron has spent over 25 years operating in the youth and amateur sports ecosystem, running tournaments, showcases, camps, and club programs. Throughout that time he has worked in nearly every role within the sports operations environment—event director, coach, program organizer, and tournament manager. This hands-on experience revealed a major gap in the industry: most sports organizations are forced to manage complex operations using outdated tools and fragmented systems.

Our platform is designed as an AI-powered operating system for sports organizations, helping tournament directors, leagues, clubs, trainers, and recruiters manage everything from scheduling and rosters to recruiting and analytics—all in one integrated ecosystem.

Behind SportsPilotAI is a hybrid global team based in both the United States and the Philippines, bringing together expertise in sports operations, software engineering, artificial intelligence, and automation. This international collaboration allows us to innovate quickly while maintaining a deep understanding of the real challenges faced by sports organizations.
